The Hello singer who is presently on tour has splashed $9.5million on an exclusive four-bedroom property located in a gated neighbourhood of LA County.The seller was asking $9.9 million, so the singer was able to bargain a bit.The house has 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a pool, a treehouse and outdoor train set.
